This year is already going better and better, but not for Hillary. Yesterday we reported that FBI released another 300 emails from Hillary’s investigation into private serves. Now, Judge Napolitano has declared that the new email dump is a smoking gun if ever there was one, adding that the revelations “ramp up the case for her prosecution.” Incredible, right?
As Napolitano spoke to Lou Dobbs about the email dump, he stated that there is evidence of Hillary sending confidential and secret messages on a regular basis to a non-government entity, along with evidence that accounts associated with her were hacked by foreign intelligence agencies.
The Political Insider reports, Dobbs stated that the latest document release shows that FBI Director James Comey’s “judgment on the matter of prosecution was in error.”
Napolitano agreed, explaining “This is a smoking gun if ever there was one.”
“This ramps up the case for her prosecution to the point where, ironically, it may ramp up the case for President Obama to issue her a pardon and to take this off of Donald Trump and Jeff Sessions’ desk,” he added.
Trump famously declared during a presidential debate that Clinton would “be in jail” if he were in charge of the justice system.
But it just might be his pick for Attorney General that gets the ball rolling on Hillary’s prosecution.
What do you think about this? Should Hillary be prosecuted?
